cope up stress- exercise

For most of us stressful situation lasts for a moment or more but, what matters after all is How to cope up with stress?. It may seem at a time that I can’t do anything about stress level. The active project you are working on is not going so well. Bills and expenses are rapidly increasing and career or family responsibilities will always be on top. You are not born knowing how to deal with the stress that you have on your back. Instead, you slowly acquire knowledge over time about what does and doesn’t work for you~mostly. We can manage our stress level with some really simple coping skills by taking charge of ourselves, our emotions, our priorities, our responsibilities, our problems how we deal with them. The main aim is to have a stable and healthy life.

A good and effective coping up skills can keep you steer clear from stress. This won’t keep you away from stress it’s nearly impossible to do that. That doesn’t mean you cannot do anything about stress remember that there’s always a way. By doing these coping up skills it will reduce your stress level and make you feel energized for that moment. Whenever you feel low just take out some time and do these coping up skills.

Real question,How to cope up with stress?

  • Move More- Exercise is always a great and healthier stress buster. It helps your body to release feel-good endorphins, even it helps you to have a good sleep and mild your depression level. And as we all know that exercise boosts your energy level. Studies show that running just 10-15mins daily significantly improves physical and mental health. Mediation is also a key to make you calmer and boost your body mentally, and emotionally.
  • Reaching out -Getting support from your loved ones is a more effective way to drop down your stress level. Happiness is meeting that one person and spending some quality time reduces your all stress. Scientists say, and even suggests that small positive experiences happening in your day-to-day life can make difference- like talking to a stranger in an elevator, smiling back to a kid standing in a queue with his parent. These all little things sum up and make a positive vibe around you and make you feel even better.
  • Doing things that make you happy- First of all, get to know what makes you happy and to be satisfied with life. Some force themselves to do things they are not intended to do. Some are good with sports and what they do is sitting in an office chair like an IT professional just because they get a few more pennies. Always keep your passion above all. DO THINGS THAT MAKES YOU HAPPY!
